Build confidence on the reformer and other Pilates equipment while learning fundamental movement patterns, alignment principles, and core stability. Perfect continuation class after taking the Intro to Pilates Series.
Reformer/Equipment Flow
A flowing full-body workout using the reformer, tower, and Pilates props. Improve strength, mobility, balance, and coordination while moving at a steady pace.
*Must have prior equipment experience, or taken sufficient Reformer Foundations classes to be proficient on the machines.
Pilates Playground
A playful circuit-style class incorporating a variety of Pilates equipment and props. Expect variety, creativity, and opportunities to explore movement in new ways.

Mat Classes (8 participants)
Mat Foundations
Build a strong Pilates foundation focusing on alignment, breath, core support, and controlled movement. Ideal for beginners or those wanting to strengthen their Pilates practice by slowing down and focusing on the fundamentals.
Mat Flow
A dynamic full-body mat class designed to build strength, mobility, balance, and coordination. Expect smooth transitions and a satisfying workout.
Restorative Mat & MELT
A gentle class combining Pilates, stretching, breathwork, and MELT Method® techniques to release tension, improve body awareness, and support recovery.
Classical Mat
A traditional mat class following the original Pilates sequence developed by Joseph Pilates. Strengthen the body, challenge the mind, and experience the method in its purest form.
